Mr. Geary Trigleth

President/CEO

Mr. Trigleth has over 40 years of experience as an independent oil and gas producer. Mr. Trigleth’s experience is in management, which also includes the responsibilities for day-to-day administrative, field activities and all corporate business decisions with full executive authority.

Mr. Trigleth attended the University of Oklahoma for three years, pursued a Business Degree. Mr. Trigleth then moved to Dallas Texas to engage in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Trigleth has been instrumental in the drilling and development of over one hundred exploratory wells as well as over one hundred million dollars in oil and gas property related development projects and acquisitions.

Since 1979, Mr. Trigleth has been involved in lease acquisition, proved producing acquisition, development and exploratory drilling as well creating joint ventures and industry based oil and gas development projects. Mr. Trigleth started several operating companies over the years to manage and direct these projects and day to day responsibilities in the field and office. Mr. Trigleth has been instrumental in creating strong management teams to complete the complex and overall requirements to fulfill the necessary tasks to fund, acquire proved producing properties, lease, and drill and complete non-producing and producing properties and distribute the revenues to the partners then complete these ventures with a strong exit strategy.

In 1979, Mr. Trigleth became Vice President in T & O Oil Company. Mr. Trigleth was responsible for assembling land and geological information to obtain drilling prospects and acquisition of proved producing properties. Mr. Trigleth was also responsible for leasing of properties, packaging of projects and technical documents, Joint Venture relations and or investment relations necessary to obtain capital funding for drilling and acquisition projects.

In 1981, Mr. Trigleth and associates then formed Texas International Mineral and Development Corp. Mr. Trigleth was Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations of Texas International Mineral and Development. Texas International Mineral and Development was an Oil and Gas exploration company that developed drilling programs and acquisitions of proved producing properties. Mr. Trigleth was responsible for managing all field operations, drilling and completion of wells, land acquisition, state and federal reporting, office personnel, and revenue distributions.

In 1984, Mr. Trigleth formed G T Operating Inc. Mr. Trigleth was sole owner and President of G T Operating which was an Oil and Gas exploration company that organized drilling programs and acquisitions of proved producing properties. Mr. Trigleth was responsible for day-to-day field operations of producing properties, office management, gas and oil related contracts, federal and state filing and revenue distributions. Mr. Trigleth also arranged joint ventures with industry and non-industry partners to develop exploration programs as well as proven and non-proven reserves.

In 1997, Mr. Trigleth formed PanAmerican Operating Inc. Mr. Trigleth became President of PanAmerican Operating Inc. Mr. Trigleth established new drilling and development opportunities within the oil and gas industry and started evaluation and leasing stages of several new exploration and development programs. Mr. Trigleth became active in the Barnett Shale gas play in north Texas in 2001 and set up leasing and development programs to take advantage of the largest gas field development play in the state of Texas. Mr. Trigleth also established a large lease acquisition team as well as legal team and acquired several hundred thousand acres of leasehold interests in several major resource plays and different project in as many as five states domestically in the United States. Mr. Trigleth was also successful in the funding, development and sale of several very productive and large drilling and development projects on these lease blocks through joint venture programs. Mr. Trigleth divested the majority of his production holdings in 2017 to semi-retire.

In 2019, Mr. Trigleth formed Bison Land & Minerals LLC to operate a project in Mississippi. Mr. Trigleth decided to grow operations with knowledgeable and experienced associates and acquired the partners and management team to operate efficiently as an E & P Company in todays markets. Bison Land & Minerals LLC has close relations with service companies and providers.

Mr. Kenny Goh

EVP Exploration

Mr. Goh is a successful oil and gas finder with more than two decades of domestic and international experience as an exploration and exploitation geophysicist. “One of the founders and SVP exploration for Kosmos Energy”

Mr. Goh was Chief Operating Officer and co-founder at Caelus Energy. Significant discoveries were made at Smith Bay on the Alaskan North Slope.

Mr. Goh was chief geophysicist for Kosmos and opened a significant new hydrocarbon province, the Tano Basin, with the discovery of the Jubilee Field offshore Ghana in 2007.

Mr. Goh was chief geophysicist for Triton Energy in the discovery of the Ceiba Field and seven other finds offshore Equatorial Guinea. Earlier he was Triton’s senior geophysicist in the Malaysia/Thailand Joint Development Area, where he was involved in the discovery of several giant gas fields with reserve potential of more than 10 trillion cubic feet. Following Triton’s sale to Amerada Hess Corporation in 2001, he served as senior geophysical advisor for Hess’s deepwater Gulf of Mexico team.

Mr. Goh spent his early career in Southeast Asia with the Malaysian state petroleum company Petronas, Shell/Carigali, and Sun Oil International E&P. During four years at Shell, Mr. Goh was responsible for re-evaluating five large, mature producing fields in the Baram Delta. While based in London and Aberdeen with Sun he spent three years in North Sea exploration and production, including development of the Glamis Field. A graduate of University Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Mr. Goh holds a BSc. (Hons.) in applied geology.

Mr. Greg Pollard

COO

Greg has nearly 40 years in the upstream oil and gas industry. Greg founded Step Change Consulting, a technical service provider for oil and gas operations working both domestically and internationally.

Greg has demonstrated an ability to lead organizations and achieve the goals of management through an entrepreneurial style that allows his colleagues to excel and exceed expectations.

Greg has held staff positions with the independent exploration and production companies Kosmos Energy, Addax Petroleum, Killam Oil Company and Northstar Gas Company. During Greg’s tenure at Kosmos Energy and Addax Petroleum, these companies experienced a significant monetization premium during the public offering of Kosmos and the sale of Addax to Sinopec.

Greg graduated from Texas Tech University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.

Mr. Robb Meister

CTO

Robb Meister has spent the past 30 years in Information Technology, Business Operations, and Executive Leadership with strategic oversight of IT Applications, Process Development and Support in growth-oriented companies. He has enjoyed the challenges of being a highly motivated executive with proven technology planning and project execution ability.

Robb’s primary role and desire has been focused on successfully bringing synergy between varying technologies and company needs to allow for maximum effectiveness and efficiencies. Robb’s role continues to grow in various industries, within companies, as they expand their national footprint, ensuring Information Systems, technology, and company data processes flow seamlessly between field operations and the company headquarters with optimum security and privacy.

Robb has also served as the Executive Director for the URHope Foundation. The UR Hope Foundation was established in 2014 to Facilitate a Vision to Change and Impact Lives in our Communities by partnering and serving both domestic and international 501(c)3 Faith Based non-profit organizations.

Robb has served as Vice President – IT Development & Support with First Horizon National Corporation, The Associates and Citi Group, some of the largest bank holding companies in the United States. He also worked at Hoechst Celanese, a Fortune 500 global technology and specialty materials company with its headquarters in Irving, Texas. This company is a leading producer of acetyl products.

During his career as a Senior IT Consultant and in corporate executive leadership, Robb has earned and been recognized as an IBM Certified Specialist along with associations with the Project Management Institute (PMI), CIO Executive Network, Dallas IT Professionals and the Christian Men and Women’s Groups.

Robb lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two sons. When Robb is not working on Technology, he enjoys Biblical studies and playing the drums.

Mr. Geir Rorstad

Geir has more than 40 years of management and administrative experience in the oil and gas industry. He started his career with Amoco and held position with increasing responsibility both domestically and international during his 19 years with them.

Geir was a member of the Amoco team that successfully negotiated the Ashrafi Dan Ulduzu concession agreement with SOCAR, the National Oil Company of Azerbaijan.  This lead to drilling of wells and discovery of a new field which significantly increased the production of oil for the BP lead consortium Azerbaijan International Operating Company (AIOC) in the Caspian Sea.

During his consulting career, he successfully managed projects for BP, ConocoPhillips, Hess Corporation, Newfield Resources and Kosmos Energy.

Geir holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Oslo Graduate School of Management and Business Administration.

Scott is a career well construction professional with 36+ years working in the upstream oil and gas industry, specifically on high profile drilling and completion projects with major and large independent oil companies. Scott is President and Principal Engineer of Geaux Beyond Consulting LLC based in The Woodlands, Texas. His firm provides well design, well planning, engineering, and project management services to the energy sector to plan & execute a wide variety of well construction projects, both drilling and completion. Projects are both land and offshore, in mostly Texas, Louisiana, and Offshore Gulf of Mexico to include Deepwater, Shelf, HPHT, extended reach, & horizontal wells.

He has held various engineering and management positions both as an employee and consultant for the following companies: Mobil, RasGas (Qatar), ExxonMobil, Ocean Energy, Devon Energy, Arena Offshore, Sierra Hamilton Engineering, Anadarko Petroleum, Noble Energy, W&T Offshore, and other small private companies and investment groups. He has been part of highly successful operations teams on World Class Drilling and Completion projects in West Africa, Qatar, Israel, Sakhalin Island and Indonesia.

Scott graduated from Louisiana State University / LSU in Baton Rouge in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
